Reserve a Unit Online!
Reservation Process - Making a Reservation Request:
Click on Site Plan icon. That will bring up the site plan in detail.
Click on the building. That will bring up the building detail with separate floors and unit numbers. A color coded guide will indicate which units are available.
Choose an available unit from the building plan.
Click on the unit. That will bring up the floor plan detail and price for that particular unit.
Once you have made you selection, click on the reserve button from the floor plan page.
Your unit will immediately go from available to reservation pending.
Finalizing Your Reservation:
Our sales staff will send you a reservation agreement within 2 business days. A copy of the reservation agreement is posted on this website for your review. It is for pre-review purposes only.
When you receive the reservation agreement from our sales staff, fill it out completely, sign and send the original back with your check for $5,000.00 for each unit you have requested.
As soon as we receive your signed agreement and your check, we will officially reserve your unit.
We must receive your reservation agreement and check within 15 days of the date we send out the agreement to officially reserve your unit(s). If we have not received the agreement and money, we will release the unit(s) as available on our website.
